Philanthropy: Social Welfare Of The Village

As the village has a population of over 3000 people, government has established multiple schools upto High school level. There are many buildings spread across the village and educating more than 600 children every year. From temple committee, there is a consensus decision to support the educational activities in many areas such as:


  • Identify philanthropists to renovate the school buildings. As part of this program, We have Renovated toilets in all the schools, Constructed class room buildings, Repaired the floors and roofs

  • Providing Books, Bags, Shoes, Uniforms for specific activities like JSS, NCC, etc.

  • Encouraging the bright students to go to higher classes by recognizing their talents by providing monetary prizes, etc.

  • Sponsoring Sports activities by way of giving prizes to the participants, etc.

  • Provided Water purifier system for the children

  • Provided good number of Computers, Printers, copier machines for teaching and administration purposes

Projects For Year 2020

Digital Enablement for Government Schools As the academics are moving to the Digital Age, trustees and members of the Trust decided to help the Rural village school students to be as competent as Urban school children, on this initiative one of the Trustees having association with Right2Live, a NGO, who have in turn have association with BYJU’s online education Learning organization to get Free material to the students. From the Charitable Trust, we have provided Digital TVs for the school.COVID-19 Charitable Trust decided to help the needy people on the ground to overcome the COVID lockdown situation. With this background, Trust has provided financial assistance to the following Funds


  • PM Care Fund – Rs.15,000/

  • Karnataka CM Fund – Rs. 15,000/-

  • Tamil Nadu CM Fund Rs. 15,000/-RSS SSP Nidhi Rs. 51,000/-

  • Yathi Raja Seva Trust Rs.16,000/-

Also, Trust decided to provide one time financial assistance for the distressed people who are performing various activities in the small temples across south india.

Projects For Year 2017-18

Scouts and Guides Uniforms and necessary accessories were distributed. In memory of Sri S Janardhan, Smt Sudha Janardhan donated Funds for construction of Toilets in 4 Governemnt run schools in and around Thorapalli Village including a Urdu mediam school.

Projects For Year 2016-17

The proposal to construct a school building has been executed during the year 2016 and handed off to the school authorities.
